And for every one ton baseboards, includes about 40% metal materials and 60% nonmetals, which contain almost all the common elements in the periodic table. By estimate, for 1 ton computer circuit board, contains 0.5kg gold, 130kg copper, 10kg iron, 60kg Plumbum, 40kg tin, 36kg nickel, 40kg antimony and some other rare precious metals, like Platinum, palladium, etc.

PCB Recycling Machine Working Process:

The whole PCB recycling machine adopts a 2-stage-crushing step to get mixed metal and resin powder. And then it separates metal and resin powder via air flow and high voltage electrostatic separator.

1. PCB circuit board into the disassembly machine, and disassemble the circuit board into electrical components and pcb boards.
2. Feed the circuit board with the electronic components removed into the double shaft shredder to shred it into smaller scraps.
3. The shredded circuit board waste is fed into the hammer crusher, and the particles are broken into smaller particles by the impact of the hammerhead.
4. The circuit board particles crushed by the hammer crusher are fed into the mill and ground into finer powder through the mill.
5. Feed the circuit board powder into the specific gravity separator, which can effectively separate metal and non-metallic substances.
6. Send the metal and non-metallic substances separated by the specific gravity separator into the electrostatic separator, and separate different types of metals through electrostatic adsorption and separation.
